1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Bearo platform at bearo.online (the “Platform”), operated by Bearo (the “Company”). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify registered players of material changes by email or via a notification on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account registration and identity

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a Bearo account. By registering, you confirm that you are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.

Each person may hold one Bearo account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held within them.

You are required to provide accurate and complete registration information. Any change to your personal details must be reported to us promptly via our support team. We reserve the right to verify your identity and address at any time as part of our KYC and AML procedures. Failure to provide documentation when requested may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit is €10 on most methods (Bitcoin: €30 equivalent). All deposits are processed in your account currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and a range of cryptocurrencies as detailed on our Banking page.

Withdrawals require full KYC verification. The Company reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for larger transactions. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 banking days for cards and bank transfers; within 1 hour for cryptocurrency. Processing time begins from approval, which requires compliance clearance.

A 15% processing fee may apply to withdrawals of balances funded via bank transfer. This fee is applied in accordance with our payment processing costs and is disclosed in the cashier before you confirm your withdrawal. No fees apply to card or crypto withdrawals from the Company's side, though third-party blockchain network fees may apply to crypto transactions.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. We do not accept third-party payments.

4. Bonus terms

All Bearo bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion:

• Casino welcome bonus: 300% up to €2,000 + 150 Free Spins. New players only. Minimum qualifying deposit €20. Wagering requirement: 35x (deposit + bonus). Free spin winnings: 40x wagering. Maximum bet while bonus is active: €5 per round. Bonus expiry: 10 days from credit. Maximum win from the bonus: 10x the bonus amount. Neteller and Skrill deposits excluded.
• Sports welcome bonus: 100% up to €100. New sports players only. Wagering: 6x (deposit + bonus). 30-day expiry.
• Crypto casino welcome: 200% up to 3,000 USDT. Crypto deposits only.
• Crypto sports welcome: 100% up to 200 USDT. Crypto sports deposits only.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are for personal entertainment only. Wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game contribution to wagering varies by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution table is available in the bonus terms panel in your account.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse, abuse or irregular play patterns are detected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. A new bonus cannot be activated while another is in progress.

5. Dormant accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or account activity for 12 consecutive months. Prior to declaring an account dormant, we will send a notification to your registered email address. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee deducted from the account balance. The fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Contact support to reactivate a dormant account at any time.

6. Restricted jurisdictions

Bearo operates internationally with the exception of certain restricted territories. Players from restricted jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform. A full and current list of restricted territories is available on request. We reserve the right to close accounts and forfeit balances where it is found that a player has registered or played from a restricted territory.

7. Safer betting and account closure

Safer betting tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are available to all players via Account Settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately on receipt. Full details are on our Safer Betting page.

8. Disputes and complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your Bearo account or experience, contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with “Formal Complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a written response within 5 business days.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Bearo Platform is the property of Bearo or its licensed suppliers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification of Platform content is prohibited.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under our international gaming licence. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

11. Amendments

Bearo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email with a minimum of 7 days' notice before taking effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at bearo.online/terms.
