Forgot your password?

Two-factor authentication (2FA)
We recommend enabling 2FA on your Bearo account. With 2FA active, each login requires your password plus a one-time code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy or similar). This means that even if your password is exposed, your account cannot be accessed without the code from your device.
To enable 2FA, navigate to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and follow the setup steps. Store your backup codes in a safe location - these are required if you lose access to your authenticator app.

- Enable 2FA immediately after registration
- Never share your login credentials with anyone
- Always log out when using a shared or public device
- If you receive unexpected login notifications, contact [email protected] immediately
Sign-in troubleshooting
- Incorrect password: use the “Forgot password?” link to reset. After multiple consecutive failed attempts, the account may be temporarily locked for security.
- Account locked: contact live chat with your registered email address. Locks are resolved within minutes.
- Browser issues: try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. Bearo is compatible with all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
- 2FA code not working: ensure your device clock is correctly synchronised - authenticator apps require accurate time. If issues persist, contact support to reset your 2FA settings.
